We have been in business since 1997 and operating our own private data center facility in downtown Denver since 2006. Our data center is staffed 24x7x365. Our support is 100% US based and all staff are located just a few feet away from our data center. We have all the standard data center bells and whistles (CRAC Units, UPSs, Gensets, redundancy throughout our network) and some non-standard ones, such as:
Dark Fiber Ring – We have our own dark fiber ring, with dual entrances to the building and our data center, which allows us to easily provision and scale up extra network capacity in short order, without increasing our operational expenses.
Offsite Backups – If you subscribe to our R1Soft CDP Backup service, your data will be securely located at an offsite data center. No extra cost.
Intelligently Optimized Routing – We don’t just use regular BGP4; we also use a Noction IRP device that intelligently optimizes our network traffic, automatically selecting the best path based on packet loss, latency, and jitter.
Server Class Hardware – We use true server-class hardware, including SuperMicro chassis and motherboards to give you the most reliable server platform available. We also build all of our hardware in-house, allowing us to offer truly customized hardware configurations.
